We recommend enquiring as early as possible, particularly for weekend dates and peak periods (school holidays, public holiday weekends and the Christmas/New Year period). Popular dates can book up several months in advance. For weekday functions or smaller gatherings, we can often accommodate shorter lead times.

Our cancellation terms are outlined in your function agreement at the time of booking. We understand that circumstances change, so please contact us as early as possible if you need to modify or cancel. The closer to the event date, the more likely that costs may apply.

Yes. Out of respect for our neighbours and in line with local regulations, a noise curfew applies after 11 am for amplified music, and our license ceases at midnight. We'll make sure your event timeline is planned accordingly.

You're welcome to personalise your space with decorations. We ask that you avoid anything that could damage the venue including confetti, glitter, open flames, and adhesives on walls or surfaces. Please discuss your decoration plans with us in advance so we can let you know what works in the space.

Yes. Audio-visual equipment including a microphone, speakers and screen is available for your event. Please confirm your AV requirements at the time of booking so we can ensure everything is set up and tested before your guests arrive.

Yes. You're welcome to arrange your own DJ, band or other entertainment subject to approval and our noise curfew. Please advise us of any entertainment plans in advance so we can discuss setup, power requirements and timing.
