Our story.
Founded in 1903, the Paradise Valley Hotel is a destination for simple, seasonal, quality food coupled with great entertainment & hospitality.
We think what we eat, where it comes from and how it’s prepared have a direct and powerful impact on the health of individuals, communities and the environment.
That’s why we are transparent about our suppliers & source only the highest quality produce. It’s why we cook from scratch, and why we’re passionate about building a community of people who support our approach.

Our values.
